Refund policy
We are confident you will love your purchase from Ashliv, but if you change your mind within 14 days of receipt of your order, you can return it to us, no questions asked.
Should you find your order has arrived faulty or damaged, or you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch at ashlivcandles@gmail.com with subject title 'RETURN' and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that photos of damage/issues with candle burn will be required in order to continue the returns process.
